When you hire a castle they are set up and packed up by a qualified Jump Aroundz representative.
Castles can be set up on many surfaces. Grass is the best surface but they can also be set up on concrete, pavers, asphalt and dirt. If you’re not sure just ask.
Waterslides can only be set up on grass or concrete/pavers. They cannot be set up on dirt.
We stake our castles down into the grass. If that option isn’t available then we need to use sandbags, however there is a $30 charge due to the extra weight we need to carry.
Disney themed castles are great for children aged 1 to 12 years. For teens and adults we have all ages interactives and slides.
Castles take approximately half an hour to set up in a normal back yard and approximately 40 minutes to clean and pack up.
Most castles fit through a normal gate or doorway. We need approx 1m to fit a sack truck through.
If you have steps or stairs on your property we need to know as the castles are heavy and awkward to maneuver in tight spaces.
We don’t take deposits, just pay cash on the day when we set up your castle.
We are fully insured by our $10 million public liability insurance.
All of our castle supervisors have current police clearance certificates.
All of our castles and equipment complies with the Australian Standard AS 3533.4.1. This means they are not a cheaply made import and are made to our strict Australian standards.
All our electrical items are tested and tagged.
All of our operators are trained by a qualified Safework SA Engineer so you can be assured your castles are being installed correctly and adhere to Safework SA’s standards.
